OK, so this is something that really annoys me. When people say it was the Tardis saving/kissing the doctor through Rose/Badwolf. When Blon/Slitheen looked into the heart of the Tardis in the episode Boom Town, it saw that she could have had a better life, it saw the potential in her heart, and helped her. It took a lot of force to get the Tardis to open for Rose, maybe it new she would die if she looked in, but when the Tardis looked into rose she saw the love for the doctor and Rose's pure heart, and gave her the Time Vortex. The Tardis is NOT the Time Vortex, it travels through the Time Vortex. Thats the thing you see in the opening credit
